What Does Dip Stand For On A Racing Cdi?
I bought a CDI recently and it was made in taiwan or somewhere and it didn’t come with english instructions or any instructions whatsoever (i’m here in the philippines) the CDI has 4 switches you can toggle up or down..
ON DIP
1 2 3 4
I don’t really know how to configure this thing for drag racing

It’s an acronym for Dual In-line Package (DIP), a type of chip housed in a rectangular casing with two rows of connection pins on either side.
In lay-mans terms – it’s an externally programmable micro chip.http://www.webopedia.com/Term/D/DIP_swit…
You either need the directions to program it, or go the trial and error route.
