It is about a young racer looking for the Iceman the fastest racer in the town. he is the sheriff of the town. The youn racer has a skeleton on the dash with blinking red lights. He kidnaps the sheriffs daughter so he will race him in the end of the movie and he runs into a wall . the sheriff still had his car in a old barn.
