well if it is against the law, then you should call the cops. if it is irritating and you know for a fact thats illegal, then you should report report them, there’s nothing wrong if you want to stick on your principles; dont be afraid!

if they r harsh,rough and dangerous(also kinda mad) and r almost like a street racers,then
these guys should be taken wll care of
u can do 2 things
1-team up wid all ur neughbours and go against them and give them a warning
if u r not that daring type,then
2-call the cops immediately
theres nothing else u can do other than theses 2(of course u can sit and watch if u cant dare to do even this)

If you really wanna get rid of them dont call the cops; the cops will just come and they will leave and then come back. The cops are never effective aganst street racing. GO out there with a shotgun filled with heavy rock salt, and rifle butt the back window out of one of their cars, then c0ck the shotgun and aim it right at one of them and tell them to get the F— out of your neighborhood. Cross your eyes while you yell this and yell it loudly, slurring your words slightly, then spit on the ground afterwards. That will scare the **** out of them and they will not come back.

Guys in dresses running down the street – eeeeugh!.
By the time the police got there, they’d be gone and a lot of time would be wasted. However, if it starts to become routine, then do so as a sting can be set up (ie, an unmarked car coming by from time to time). It is not an emergency so please do not abuse the 911 system! Look the number up in the phonebook and call that one if you call.
