What Are Those Drag Racing “cars” Called That Are Long Body And Have 2 Huge Tires On The Back?
Are they even called anything? I was watching them drag race earlier. It seems like whoevers car doesn’t break before reaching the finish line wins haha. I have not seen 2 drag racing cars run perfectly down the drag strip. Whoever can hold up their engine from breaking will win.

They are called rail’s… There are also mini rail cars. The funny cars are the “triangle” looking cars. Lol, although the rails seem to break often, they have a extremely light but, strong frame work. They hold many records but the funny cars are much safer. if there is any kind of safety at 300mph.

A Top Fuel dragster,
Acceleration takes less than a tenth of the time needed by a production Porsche 911 Turbo to reach the same speed. A fuel dragster can exceed 280 mph (450 km/h) in just 660 feet (0.2 km).
The fastest cars completing it in less than 4.5 seconds at upwards of 330 mph (530 km/h).
